Stunning asymmetric Whiteley hat.
Whiteley while today caters for the high st market, back in the 1980s and 1990s they
did many beautiful high end pieces for Royal Ascot to weddings, high end millinery for
Sloane Rangers special events; and this dates from the 1990s:  that asymmetric block shape a sign of the entry of quirky designer Philip Treacy to the millinery fray, who would  influence hat designers everywhere. The brim asymmetric 'tear' shape at jaunty angle.

The ostrich feather adornment a nod to colonial period, this can be worn for races, weddings, or for that Edwardian or steampunk look.

Please note the hat is suitable for small or medium head size.
