Vintage 1980s black velvet beautifully cut mutton sleeve jacket bolero - would be fab worn with high cut palazzo pants or vintage Laura Ashley dress!
 
Oooh what a fabulous black velvet jacket by Laura Ashley in immaculate condition this is, from the early 1980s. It is beautifully cut not just one of their standard boleros from this time; this is a fine piece from their higher end.bolero It has bang on trend 1980s padded shoulders with mutton sleeves everybody NEEDS right now to modernize your wardrobe with vintage edge glamour & power, and is in a high quality velvet, not the rubbish you get generally  nowadays. 
 
It can be worn with one of their vintage dresses or indeed any evening or even day dress to glam it up; such English romance, but I think it looks so chic with this season's
must have: high waisted palazzo style wide leg pants for that Spanish/Latino romantic twist
It is a UK size 12 though an 8 or 10 would also get away with it. I'm a 6-8 and it still looks fab on. I am tempted to keep so be quick before I change my mind!
 
Single button fastening in front, and two little buttons on the cuffs; velvet covered, & lined. 
So chic & stylish with velvets all the rage for the coming year.
