The designer is Peter Bettley milliner to Royalty and celebrities throughout the late 20th century, and sold in Harrods Sefridges etc all the quality stores.
It is so definitely late 1970s 1980s glamour for that Sloane Ranger, Studio 54, or New Romantic look.
Ideal for the Races, weddings etc but also just because you are as 'cool as' if you are looking at this, and will know where and when to wear to create maximum style impact.
