With the revival of hip hop later 1980s/1990s fashions the outsize cocoon sheepskin coat is back with a gangsta vengeance
but a new one will set you back £2k plus with this much shearling ! This one is an original c 1989 but the inspiration for the sheepskin
ankle skimmer cocoon luxury coats you see Rihanno sporting atm . She wears with trainers but I don't own any sorry, but google hers
if that's your style! His could feasibly be worn by a guy too.
And this one is a Gavin Brown! The UK designer's leathers were synonymous with luxury quality and style throughout the 1980s and in 1989 he
pioneered UK tv's best ever fashion programme Clothes Show Live in association with eg Birmingham's NEC as the late Gavin Brown also
associated with exhibitions.
1989 was also the year of the thaw in the 'Cold War' with Perestroika, and the Vanilla Ice song.
This is the perfect coat for the cold weather. So warm! Cocooned in all that soft sheepskin is a dream!
If you are a soccer mum or a wag, this is ideal for those winter days at the football, or if you are a bookie's wife ideal
for keeping you warm at a night at the greyhounds or a days winter jumps racing.
This is in near perfect condition with one small dark mark about half a cm on the back barely noticeable.
It's a one size coat that would fit up to a size UK 18 but could be worn by anyone over a size UK 8 and over say 5ft 5 ins which are my proportions
and I am modelling it.
