This breathaking coat comes from the early 1970s, probably 1972 when emerald green & black appears to have been all the rage. That time, Roxy Music appeared on TOTP with Virginia Plain, Bryan Ferry wearing the colour combo, and in manifesting in sequins and velvets across fashion. 
The coat is panelled with the green sheared coney (rabbit) fur, so soft , and black leather. 
 
Whoever had this coat would have been a very chic fashionista, and this was certainly a designer piece though there are no labels. 
 
I would say it is a UK size 10 but would be fine for a size 8 too.
