This original 1950s black silk velvet perch hat which we have upcycled, features an original coiled design on one side and v fitting attachments either side for firm hold on a high french pleat for example. The coiled quill is red and black stripes, and then there are read and black feathers on one side of the top. Ideal for a vintage event , a wedding, or the races. Goes beautifully well with our 'Bird of Flames' Belle Epoque cape.
