Such a COOL coat this! Reminiscent of Mary Quant, looks like a piece that Tara KIng in the Avengers would have rocked with a mini skirt and high suede boots beneath!  
The buttons and belt are lovely, enamel with gold edging, and the mouton is light I think possibly web backed but definitely sheepskin. I have come across a few collars of this time with similar so they aren't as 'weighty'. 
 
It is very flirtatious and fun, bright and would be ideal for the New Psychedelia devotee or fashion blogger, very quirky and fun. Belt sits high to exaggerate the flare. 
 
Very good vintage condition with no issues or wear.
 
80% wool with other fibres but appear to be natural.
