Very glamorous Raul Blanco dress, Banco's dresses were stocked in high end dept stores such as Neiman Marcus.
Born in Puerto Rico, Blanco became highly successful in New York in the 1980s working with Adrienne Landau, Jean Rosenberg, Henri Bendel, Lillie Rubin, Peggy Peters, Betty Bass, Liz Claiborne. After a period in California working for private clients, he is now back in New York still in that capacity
